We are always very happy to know that there is someone willing to stay in our B&B. We will look after you during your stay and make your staying memorable.
In our house you arrive as a guest and you will leave as a friend … this is our main mission and we have been very dedicated in providing warm hospitality during the last years.
B&B Il Girasole is a family run business and we aim to provide exceptional hospitality by understanding our guest’s needs while on holiday. Together with our two sons Silvia and Massimo, myself and my wife are the perfect team ready to meet you on your next stay!
Obviously we can’t forgive the other member of our family…our beloved dog Jack!
B&B Il Girasole is in Contigliano, nearby Rieti, and started its business in 2007 with the main goal to offer great hospitality and excellent quality with the simplicity of our Italian tradition. We are only 1 hour far from Rome and just few kilometers away from the Terminillo Mountain , the Airplane Glider Airport and the Marmore Waterfall. We are in the heart of St Francis Walk Valley and we have easy access to all the Sanctuaries of Greccio, La Foresta, Poggio Bustone, along the Via Francigena to Rome.
Our house is located in the countryside of Rieti and is only 5 minutes driving far from the city. We have a wonderful garden and a private parking space. The garden area is suitable for functions and parties. Nearby sports facilities and restaurant with golf course with pool and cycle path of more than 20 km. We are the ideal location if you are looking for a relaxing and pleasant weekend in which you can enjoy the perfect combination of culture, food, sport and art. Upon request we also offer the facility of a fully equipped kitchen for your own use! Welcome to our house!
